There are twenty Cap Falcó Residences and two design layouts. Each plot has been specifically assigned one particular design to ensure harmony prevails throughout the entire scheme, synchronising with the topography of the landscape, surrounding trees and planting, and maximising the views from each Residence on that plot.

The Cap Falcó Residences are sophisticated and contemporary in design and built upon traditional values of excellence in design and construction; well - considered, researched and efficient.

Each interior has its own personality and its own sense of style...as cool and contemporary as the architecture.

The two villa designs are of different size and layout but share the same luxury high quality specification.

Choose from one of our two individual villa designs and then select from the Options package – an extra bedroom…a home movie room...a gym or spa...a home office – the decision is yours. The Options package also includes a choice of finishes for bathrooms and kitchens.
